We’re looking for a creative, detail‑driven Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at Butler Machinery. In this role, you’ll bring Butler’s brand to life through engaging visuals that connect with customers and teammates alike. From social media graphics and digital campaigns to video, photography, and print materials, your work will tell our story and elevate how people experience our brand. Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to creatively showcase Butler in alignment with our brand. Design engaging marketing materials across digital, print, and video platforms, including social media ads, brochures, emails, videos, posters, and displays for internal and external audiences. Lead the creative process from concept to final production, aligning designs with key messaging, target audiences, and campaign goals while managing all aspects of external production to ensure quality and consistency. Manage all aspects of external print production and mailing through vendors to meet expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain an in‑house high‑speed commercial printer, handling vendor relationships, paper stock, toner, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination. Stay current on Adobe and other software, tools, and industry trends. Conceptualize, direct, capture, and edit high‑quality photo and video content for a variety of platforms to grow Butler’s capabilities. Create and maintain web‑optimized graphics and videos for company websites in alignment with best practices. Collaborate on graphic and video needs for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Yammer. Champion alignment with company and partner brand standards in all projects. Manage and maintain a highly organized server of logos, images, videos, and creative files. Work in alignment with the mission and values of Butler Machinery. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications A 2‑year or 4‑year degree in Graphic Design or a related Marketing field. 4+ years of experience or equivalent experience/training in graphic design. Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Valid driver’s license meeting company insurability guidelines. Strong video editing and production capabilities preferred.
