Job Summary The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of Sun Mountain and how we show up across seasons, categories, and retail environments. This role bridges brand strategy and execution—helping plan seasonal campaigns, drive product launches, and deliver consistent brand experiences across digital, wholesale, and in‑store channels. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and organized: someone who loves great design and storytelling, but also knows how to manage timelines, assets, and seasonal calendars. A passion for golf—or a deep appreciation for the game’s culture and community—is a major plus. Supervisory Responsibilities None Key Responsibilities Seasonal & Campaign Planning Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop seasonal marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps. Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners. Coordinate campaign execution across owned, earned, and retail channels. Manage and distribute marketing assets and digital asset management tools. Product & Go-To‑Market Marketing Collaborate with product teams to develop positioning, launch plans, and storytelling for new product introductions. Write and edit product descriptions, campaign copy, and marketing briefs that align with brand voice and performance goals. Support photography direction, content planning, and asset development for launches. Partner with external creative agencies and photographers to execute. Manage the creation of in‑store displays, signage, and retail branding assets. Partner with sales and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation across shop‑in‑shops, trade shows, and key accounts. Support planning and execution of brand events, seeding programs, and experiential activations. Content & Creative Support Assist in basic creative editing and asset prep using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools. Collaborate with creative partners and agencies to ensure campaigns stay on brand and on schedule. Help manage photo and video shoots, including logistics and creative direction support. Required Skills/Abilities Strong understanding of seasonal marketing cycles and product storytelling. Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams. Experience supporting retail, visual merchandising, or product marketing campaigns preferred. Passion for golf, outdoor recreation, or performance lifestyle brands is highly desired.
