Job Summary:

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join a thriving and community-focused private practice in Newport News, VA. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents while working collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care for pediatric patients, including routine check-ups, immunizations, and developmental assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses.
• Counsel parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, growth, and development.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with all applicable standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement and preventive health initiatives.

• Doctor of Medicine ( MD ) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine ( DO ) degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active or eligible Virginia medical license and DEA registration .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Prior experience in pediatrics preferred (new graduates welcome to apply).
