Overview

Senior-level PowerPoint Designer with deep experience working for consulting or professional services firms (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.). Collaborate closely with consultants, marketing teams, and executives to create visually outstanding pitch decks, client presentations, and strategic reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and format high-level PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, and workshops.
• Translate complex data and business insights into clean, visual storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency and high design standards across all materials.
• Work closely with consultants, content creators, and marketing to develop impactful narratives.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint templates, style guides, and visual assets.
• Ensure fast turnaround and accuracy under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a presentation or visual designer, ideally within a consulting, financial, or corporate strategy environment.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including animations, master slides, templates, and advanced formatting.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, visual storytelling, and brand alignment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
