Description

  • Understand and articulate industry trends, represent the voice of the customer, and articulate these needs to cross‑functional teams to help shape the product and user experience.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, narratives, and marketing messages that resonate with our audiences, including app developers of all sizes, agencies, and marketers.
  • Develop go‑to‑market strategies for new features and products.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing managers, and sales teams to define standard processes and create marketing programs and content.
  • Work with the design team to ensure product positioning and value props are incorporated throughout the user interface.
  • Collaborate and work cross‑functionally with sales, business development, channel marketing, product, creative, and regional marketing teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years as a product marketer in the tech or digital advertising industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Shown success developing and delivering product positioning, value propositions, and narratives, using insights for maximum impact.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the product development and smart go‑to‑market strategies for B2B businesses.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives that result in business impact.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, storytelling skills, and strong ability to facilitate discussions and deliver presentations.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of product development, including the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and socialize ideas across functions.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to constant change and work effectively in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to channel the voice of the customer into actionable recommendations.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently and is able to demonstrate creative and critical thinking.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
