We combine powerful partnerships, cutting-edge streaming technology, and smart distribution to make sure fans can watch their teams how they want, whether that’s through a direct-to-consumer streamingplatform or major cable providers.**The Position:**The **Senior Manager, Audience Research**, will be responsible for the collection, analysis and communication of data intended to gauge the performance of FanDuel Sports Network’s linear TV and streaming programming across 15 regional channels. Lead the day-to-day, multi-platform, total audience reporting of FanDuel Sports Network’s 29 MLB, NBA and NHL teams. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, proactive, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator. Possess strong knowledge about the sports industry, the business of television and streaming media and be able to coordinate collaborative projects across departments.The position can be based in our NYC, Southport, CT or Marina del Rey, CA office.**The Game Plan**: (What you will do)* Mine viewing data to develop insights that drive business strategies across the company.* Play an important role in crafting FDSN’s cross-platform audience narrative, driving advancements in audience profiling, co-viewing, out-of-home measurement, and market sizing.* Lead deep-dive initiatives into the FDSN viewer journey, audience duplication between sports and platforms, and market dynamics, with particular emphasis on direct-to-consumer subscriber growth and retention support.* Support a wide variety of FanDuel Sports Network stakeholders, including Marketing, Programming & Production, Communications, Team Partnerships, Finance, Distribution, Business Strategy, Business Development, Ad Sales, Technology & Data, and senior leadership.**The Stats**: (What to bring)* Bachelor’s Degree.* Seven or more years of experience in research management role.* Must have experience with all forms of media research, with an extensive background in television and streaming measurement, particularly Nielsen local ratings and first party digital analytics.* Expertise with Nielsen and digital research tools (e.g. Nielsen NLTV, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, ComScore).* Deep knowledge of media math concepts and data analysis.* Experience with managing staff, training junior employees, and balancing their workload.* Strong survey design skills, and experience with managing vendors on high-budget, ad hoc and ongoing projects.* Experience with database management, and software such as Microsoft Power BI, SPSS, and Tableau.* Excellent writing skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and precise attention to detail.* Strong mathematical ability, and deep proficiency in quantitative analysis.**Player Benefits:*** Healthcare Benefits – Start 1st day of employment* Wellness Program Incentive* 401K – Match up to 4%* Paid Time Off (Vacation, Personal)* Company Holidays* Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Benefits* Employee DiscountsThe Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $120K - $135K. This position is eligible to participate in the Performance Incentive Compensation (PIC) plan.
