Community Manager – Emerson at Harding | Nashville, TN

Seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a 160-home community in Nashville. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, proven results in property management, and a passion for resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Community Manager in multifamily housing
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Experience with leasing, marketing, financials, and resident relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus
