What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience
• Experience in a fast paced office and leading a large staff
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata software (preferred)
• A passion for resident satisfaction and community excellence

Your Role at Allora:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to drive occupancy and financial performance
• Lead and support leasing, maintenance, and office staff
• Manage budget, expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations
• Conduct regular property inspections and control delinquency
• Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
• Prepare accurate and timely reporting
