Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or task). Amounts range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
