Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, dynamic, and resourceful Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a keen eye for design who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into a wide range of projects, from advertising to digital campaigns to in-store graphics. You’ll help bring the Sigma Sports brand to life across all customer touchpoints, making sure every piece of design captures our energy, quality, and passion for sport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Concepting: Work with the Head of Marketing and Marketing team to develop engaging and on-brand design ideas.
  • Design Execution: Deliver high-quality creative for online, social, META, email, print, windows and in-store POS.
  • Brand Guardianship: Maintain brand consistency while finding ways to evolve and elevate our look and feel.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, freelancers, and retail teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Agile Working: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple briefs at once.
  • Asset Preparation: Supply print-ready artwork and optimised digital files.
  • Trend Awareness: Keep up to date with design trends and the cycling industry to keep our visuals ahead of the competition.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related design discipline.
  • +3 years of experience in this role.
  • Experience as a Graphic Designer in-house or at an agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar).
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience producing both digital and print assets.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and high-quality execution.
  • Motion design/animation skills (After Effects or similar).
  • Photography, image editing, or art direction experience.
  • Interest in cycling, triathlon, or endurance sports.
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce brand environments.
