Overview

You’ll support the Influencer and UGC Marketing Managers to build and manage a high-performing roster of UGC creators, athletes, and influencers—sourcing talent, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery.

Core Responsibilities
Influencer & Creator Recruitment
- Source and recruit new creators who align with brand ethos across wellness, lifestyle, and performance niches.
- Conduct talent outreach, screening, and onboarding into our influencer roster.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, managers, and agencies.
- Manage all communication touchpoints—initial outreach, contract setup, deliverable tracking, and payment coordination.
- Pitch partnership opportunities to creators and negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate between brand leadership and influencers to ensure mutual clarity on goals and expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of outreach, negotiations, and deal statuses in the CRM.
- Track and follow up on leads to close open opportunities and expand the creator roster.
Talent Operations & Support
- Handle all seeding and product shipment logistics, ensuring timely and organized delivery.
- Track creator deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Prepare internal summaries on active talent, deal flow, and conversion metrics.
- Support Head of Talent in scaling outreach systems, CRM data accuracy, and pipeline reporting.
Community & Network Development
- Attend creator meetups, industry events, and cultural activations to build pipeline and maintain relationships.
- Identify rising creators early and secure first-access partnerships before competitors.
- Manage a “living” influencer database—documenting performance notes, communication history, and creative strengths.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years in influencer recruiting, talent coordination, or agency sales.
- Proven experience closing influencer partnerships or managing creator rosters.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills—comfortable pitching and closing.
- Experience using CRM or influencer management platforms (GRIN, Aspire, Modash, etc.).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage a high-volume pipeline independently.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creators across wellness, fitness, and lifestyle.
