Photography Tutor at Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company. The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects thousands of students with online photography tutors nationwide. As a tutor on the platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from home.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 online photography tutoring sessions
• Adapt lessons to individual learning styles and goals
• Explain concepts clearly and engage students with friendly, professional communication
• Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to supplement instruction and streamline preparation

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style
• Expertise in Photography with ability to explain concepts clearly
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles
• Experience in tutoring/teaching and graduate-level education preferred

Compensation and Logistics

• Pay up to $40/hour, with payments issued up to twice per week
• Set your own hours and tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform
• We handle logistics; you invoice for sessions and we process payments
