LoudFace - Webflow Premium Enterprise Partner is hiring: SEO / AEO Strategist &

We’re a fast-moving SEO/AEO agency helping brands grow through creative performance, design, and growth systems. Our clients are mainly SaaS, all hungry to grow their visibility, traffic, and AI answer citations.

We’re now looking for a proactive SEO/AEO strategist who can take full ownership of our clients’ organic visibility and answer engine presence, not just “write content,” but lead and execute with technical precision and strategic insight.

What You’ll Own

• Lead SEO and AEO strategy for multiple clients, from technical audits to ongoing growth plans.
• Build systems and reporting to track organic growth and AI citation visibility.
• Conduct technical SEO improvements: site speed, crawlability, schema, structured data, and internal linking.
• Create and implement content strategies aligned with search intent and AI answer engines.
• Handle keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Build dashboards and workflows to ensure proactive action, not reactive.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to make improvements happen, not just recommend them.
• Stay on top of emerging AI search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) opportunities.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is a huge plus).
• Strong technical SEO foundation, you’ve implemented, not just advised.
• Confident working with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, and schema tools.
• Proven case studies: real before-and-after results in traffic, rankings, or technical site improvements.
• Analytical mindset with proactive communication, you don’t wait for instructions; you spot opportunities.
• Solid English and client communication skills (written + verbal).
