This highly reputable and globally recognized Architecture & Design firm is looking for a Healthcare Studio Leader in their Los Angeles office. The ideal person will have extensive experience in the practice area of the studio, leverage a vast network of existing client relationships in the healthcare space while also identifying and pursuing new ones. This role involves managing multiple project teams, driving strategic growth, and ensuring high-quality design delivery. The leader will collaborate across disciplines, guide client relationships, and support business development.

Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr

*Salary is flexible and dependent on years of experience and qualifications of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations, staffing, and project execution
• Drive strategic planning and resource allocation
• Serve as primary client contact and relationship builder
• Mentor teams through all design phases
• Ensure integration of firm-wide best practices and innovation
• Collaborate with office and firm leadership to align goals

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare architecture or related field
• Proven leadership in project delivery and team development
• Strong client engagement and presentation skills
• Licensed architect or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with design software and project management tools
