Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects online elementary school students with tutors nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make an impact on students’ learning journeys—from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Tutor online using our Live Learning Platform and set your own hours; tutor as much as you’d like.
• Provide elementary school writing tutoring; personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Use the platformuilt features, including our AI-powered Tutor Copilot, to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement tools.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and logistics.
• Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.

Compensation and Logistics

• Earn up to $40/hour; get paid up to twice per week; no commuting required.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Elementary School Writing with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.
