Over the past three years, the Global Macro business has expanded significantly, and as a result, we are expanding the Macro Technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exceptional team, in a major growth phase. We are looking for problem solvers who are passionate about the Macro investment business and delivering best‑in‑class technology. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead a team to build out best‑in‑class UI features, components, and end‑user applications essential to the consumption, manipulation, and visualization of a range of analytics developed by the Macro Technology group. Oversee collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to ensure logical and consistent interactions between services, APIs, and the UI. Execute an ambitious new feature roadmap in compliance with the target UI architecture. Drive prioritization for small UI features, delivering at a high cadence with quick turn‑around times. Drive consistency of design from a pure UX perspective. Drive efficiency in user experience for the team’s stakeholders. Set the highest standards for architecture and code quality through a robust development process. Train engineers on essential technologies to reduce skill and knowledge gaps. The annual base salary range for this role is $220,000‑$280,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
