Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Track project milestones and deliverables for one or more development teams.
• Maintain tasks in JIRA and other project management software.
• Attend team meetings to stay up to date on project changes, issues, and resolutions.
• Schedule and attend internal game reviews to compile and distribute comments and notes.
• Load games onto slot machines and maintain slot machine hardware.
• Create and maintain reports to capture project status and communicate to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to support interdepartmental tasks, capturing and communicating requirements and status.
• Analyze in-game data and player feedback to optimize retention and monetization strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of professional project management experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing software development projects is a plus.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle and live service best practices.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Enjoy working in a collaborative and creative environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other project/task management software a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
