National NIL Sports is a leading sports organization dedicated to developing student‑athletes through specialized camps, clinics, tournaments, and international events. By partnering with NCAA athletes, certified trainers, and industry professionals, we deliver high‑caliber experiences to prepare athletes for the next stage of their sports careers. We also support athletes by organizing competitive tournaments and connecting them to top prep schools and global opportunities. Our mission is to inspire, train, and elevate athletes, bridging the gap between the present and future of sports excellence. Role Description
This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Grants Writer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Grants Writer will be responsible for identifying grant opportunities, conducting prospect research, drafting and submitting grant proposals, and managing grant administration processes. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with the fundraising team to secure funding that supports organizational initiatives and athletes’ development programs. Qualifications
Experience in Grant Writing, Proposal Writing, and Prospect Research Proficiency in Grant Administration processes Knowledge of fundraising strategies and practices Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively and remotely as needed Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Nonprofit Management, or a relevant field is a plus Passion for athletics or familiarity with sports organizations is desirable Seniority Level
