Location: Mesa, Arizona Job Type: Permanent Compensation Range: $90,000 - 105,000 per year

Overview Are you a results-driven marketing strategist with a passion for real estate and a sharp analytical mind? We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, community traffic, and sales growth for our client's residential division. This high-impact role blends deep market analysis with hands‑on campaign execution and team leadership to ensure our brand presence and sales goals are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities Analysis & Strategy

Targeting & Market Intelligence: Analyze lead, walk‑in, buyer, and market demographics to identify and target best‑fit prospects for direct outreach.

Land Acquisition Support: Provide crucial market data and insights to inform land purchase opportunities.

Optimization & ROI: Rigorously track and analyze results for all marketing initiatives to maximize efficiencies and inform future strategy.

Incentive Strategy: Partner directly with sales management to develop and coordinate the most effective incentives and offers to meet and exceed sales goals.

Reporting & Communication: Coordinate all data analytics, strategy recommendations, and necessary reports across community, division, regional, and corporate teams.

Implementation & Lead Generation

Community Marketing Plans: Develop and execute detailed, community‑specific marketing plans targeting leads, walk‑ins, and Realtors to drive qualified traffic.

Asset Production: Create and deploy produced assets including email, direct mail, social media, and advertising using template‑based design programs and marketing automation tools.

Brand Guardianship: Ensure all forward‑facing elements—including collateral, signage, and online content—adhere strictly to brand standards.

Budget Management: Develop and oversee the annual marketing budget, manage all invoices, and provide monthly forecasting feedback to the finance team.

Team Leadership & Culture

Competitive Analysis: Play an integral role in the division's competitive market analysis, proactively sharing data, strategy, and tactical ideas with the leadership team.

Cultural Leadership: Participate as a member of the division leadership team, helping to instill a fun, collaborative culture built on humor, teamwork, and accountability.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of related marketing experience. Experience in a sales and marketing environment within Real Estate is strongly preferred.

Strong leadership skills, including experience managing team members, high accountability, and the ability to build trust and influence other department heads.

Demonstrates self‑confidence, grit, and a growth mindset, with the ability to be adaptable and problem–solve in high‑pressure situations.

Ability to spearhead analytical, strategic, and tactical elements both independently and as part of a team.

Acts with urgency, requiring exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
