Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in marketing across one or more marketing fields (e.g., growth, product marketing, partner marketing, brand marketing, social).

Experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.

Experience developing and executing communication plans or content strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with social media strategy and execution in a B2B context, engaging technical audiences and amplifying partner content.

Experience designing and managing awards or recognition programs for partners or similar communities.

Knowledge of cloud technologies, Google Workspace, and the broader cloud business and channel ecosystem.

Strong content and storytelling skillset, translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for partner audiences.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

As a Marketing Manager, Global Partner Experiences, you will drive marketing strategy and execution focused on our global partner ecosystem. You will foster strong relationships with partners through strategic partner communications, an engaging social media presence, and robust partner awards and recognition programs. Leveraging a strong content and storytelling skillset, you will translate complex product and solution value propositions into compelling narratives that resonate with partner audiences and drive their success with Google Cloud. You will operate as a key individual contributor, driving marketing outcomes for projects within the global partner marketing function.

US base salary range:

$137,000‑$201,000

+ bonus + equity + benefits. Compensation details reflect base salary only; bonus, equity, and benefits are not included.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive partner communications strategy, including newsletters, to keep partners informed and engaged with Google Cloud initiatives.

Lead the social media strategy for partner‑focused channels, driving engagement, amplifying partner successes, and fostering community across relevant digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube).

Manage global partner awards and recognition programs to celebrate partner achievements, incentivize performance, and strengthen partner loyalty and advocacy.

Use data to draw insights, identify business gaps, and propose action plans to optimize partner engagement, program effectiveness, and achieve measurable targets for mindshare and pipeline.

Manage program timelines, project plans, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of all partner communications, social, and recognition initiatives.
