Job Summary:
The Creative Campaign Manager leads the development and production of direct response campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, and SMS. This role drives acquisition and customer upgrade initiatives for small, medium, and large business segments. The ideal candidate works collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns that align with business goals, maintain creative integrity, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end creative processes for direct response campaigns, including strategy, creative development, production, approvals, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (go-to-market teams, legal, brand governance) to ensure campaigns meet business objectives and compliance standards.
Partner with external agencies to develop creative assets and deliverables.
Attend project kick-offs and status meetings to review messaging, assign tasks, and monitor campaign progress.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Support campaign reporting, analytics, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Participate in implementation workstreams and special projects as assigned.
Technical Skills & Requirements
Strong experience in direct mail (DM) and email campaign development.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
Experience with workflow and project management platforms such as Wrike, Monday.com, and SharePoint.
Understanding of landing page requirements and creative strategy implementation.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving deadlines and project goals.
Experience Level III – 5 to 10 years of experience in creative campaign management, preferably in direct response or marketing communications.
