Overview
The Acquisition Marketing team within Chase Consumer Banking is responsible for driving high-quality customer growth by launching and leading direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns that acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships. As an Acquisition Investment Strategy lead on the Acquisition Marketing team, you will help Chase profitably grow new consumer deposit relationships by optimizing how we allocate marketing spend and measure results to maximize business growth. Responsibilities
Synthesize acquisition performance into an overall understanding of trends that drive forecast and budget updates. Identify and recommend broad strategy improvements based on data-driven analysis, market trends, and competitive intelligence to enhance acquisition effectiveness and financial results. Prepare and deliver updates on acquisition performance trends and implications for inclusion in senior leadership forums. Partner across Acquisition leads to discover new growth opportunities and seek leadership approval on funding. Serve as a subject matter expert in performance data, coaching and developing Strategy Program Managers to deepen their understanding of program-level insights, including conversion funnel analysis and financial impact. Partner with Marketing Campaign Strategists, you will lead regular forums showcasing detailed Acquisition performance trends, identifying performance trends and next steps. Lead and improve processes that span multiple cross-functional teams, driving greater efficiency and collaboration to ensure timely updates and reduce the capacity required to deliver key outputs. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Finance or related field 6+ years’ experience in data-driven, direct-to-consumer marketing. Experienced manager of marketing budgets, forecasts, and expected returns Highly curious, data driven and analytical, while also being a creative thinker Focused on how marketing drives quantifiable business results Ability to present and discuss ideas with intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Financial services industry experience a plus Team player with the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization, influence partners, build consensus, and work across various functional departments
