What You’ll Do
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead the reimagination of our DTC experience and oversee digital excellence across retailer.com. This is a high-visibility role for a sharp digital thinker and hands-on creative with an eye for elevated design and a knack for performance. If you thrive at the intersection of storytelling, UX, and e-comm design—this is your chance to make an impact. The Associate Creative Director will lead the creative evolution of our brand.com experience while ensuring consistency across the total e-commerce footprint—including retailer.com and Amazon. Reporting to the SVP, Regional Creative, this is a hands-on role that requires sharp instincts, deep platform knowledge, and strong collaboration across creative, digital, and commercial teams. You’ll lead high-performing workstreams within a Shopify environment and translate brand equity into conversion-driving design systems. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, editors, and art directors—guiding the day-to-day execution of seasonal refreshes, content drops, and UX enhancements with cultural and commercial relevance overseeing Brand expression on both owned and retailer channels. This role functions as a strategic creative partner to E-commerce—forming a tightly aligned leadership duo responsible for building the future of Brand Digital. Together, you’ll shape a unified vision for how the brand shows up and performs across our owned digital ecosystem, balancing storytelling, UX, and platform innovation in service of our consumer and brand goals.

What You’ll Be Working On
BRAND.COM
Lead creative development across our owned DTC ecosystem—including brand.com and Amazon—from full-site redesigns to campaign execution and continuous optimization.
Deliver elevated, conversion-minded design solutions across homepage, landing pages, PDPs, and interactive modules.
Collaborate with digital product and development partners to align front-end design with backend capabilities, ensuring scalable and high-performing site solutions.
Own the creative vision across the full digital ecosystem—including brand.com, email, paid media, and Amazon storefronts.
Ensure cohesion across storytelling, UX, merchandising, and performance-based design.
Align creative output to global brand standards and own the visual direction for how the brand shows up digitally—translating identity into compelling, conversion-focused experiences.
RETAILER.COM
Support the expression of the brand across retailer.com as part of a globally led effort, while owning creative development for region-specific product launches and associated campaigns.
Lead ground-up creative development for RSPs—partnering cross-functionally to concept, build, and deliver assets that meet business objectives while upholding global brand standards.
Guide creative asset development across PDPs, brand pages, spotlights, and features—ensuring brand fidelity and cross-platform consistency.
Anticipate and address rights expiry in partnership with the Archiving Team—maintaining compliance and continuity across all retail-facing platforms.
Ensure cohesion and campaign consistency across brand.com, retailer.com, and Amazon in alignment with seasonal strategies.
LEADERSHIP
Manage a growing creative team and lead cross-functional partnerships to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
Oversee the day-to-day workflow of in-house creatives across design, art direction, motion, and content editing.
Provide thoughtful feedback and mentorship that sharpens the work and supports professional growth.
Foster clarity across timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
Recommend additional resources (e.g., UX, development) to support evolving needs.
Collaborate across ecommerce, digital product, and marketing teams to align creative strategy with commercial goals.
Drive a shared ownership model with business leaders—grounded in transparency, trust, and high-impact results.
Champion a solutions-focused culture grounded in clarity, care, and creative rigor.
Build strong lateral partnerships across the brand, especially with Copy leadership—ensuring that design and voice come together to deliver a distinctive, unified brand experience.
Must Haves
10+ years of digital design, art direction, or creative leadership experience across DTC and e-commerce environments
3–5 years of team management experience with a proven track record as a celebrated people manager—skilled at growing, mentoring, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated expertise in brand.com execution—including UX/UI, site design systems, and front-end/back-end collaboration
Proven track record owning and delivering creative for high-growth, culture-driving brands in the digital space
Experience scaling Shopify-based ecosystems and developing conversion-minded solutions across platforms
Portfolio showcasing elevated digital campaigns, storytelling systems, and responsive design across devices
Master collaborator and influential partner—able to translate creative vision into actionable strategies across ecommerce, digital product, and marketing functions
Experience developing campaign assets across site, email, paid media, and retail partner platforms
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and other design/collaboration tools
Comfortable navigating complexity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced workflows with clarity and care
A sharp eye for craft and cohesion—with a passion for brand storytelling and digital experience innovation
