About The Role Exceptional communication and responsiveness are at the heart of this role. As the CEO’s right hand, you will maintain close, daily communication to ensure alignment with ongoing projects, priorities, and deadlines. This includes occasional check‑ins during weekends or outside standard hours, as needed, to meet business objectives. What You’ll Own
Idea Machine: Collaborate closely with Adley to develop content concepts into clear, fleshed‑out, ready‑to‑film content.
Shoot & Edit Short‑Form Content: Film with Adley in a native, casual style using iPhone; manage light edits for quick turnarounds.
Trend Spotting & Content Repurposing: Identify trends and formats, adapting them for Adley’s brand while also repurposing and pulling impactful moments from past content.
Schedule Content Calendar: Collaborate with virtual assistants to ensure content is scheduled and has a strategic distribution of formats and pillars across the week.
Data‑Driven Optimization: Monthly review of platform analytics and performance, identify outliers, and tweak strategy to increase retention and virality.
Engage With The Community: Monitor comments, manage DMs, and oversee community engagement in real time to drive growth and loyalty.
Content Project Management: Maintain organized workflows in Notion, Drive, Slack, overseeing file storage, accessibility, and compliance with naming conventions.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years managing & creating for social media, and knowledge of best practices.
Deep fluency and obsession with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts culture.
Self‑starter who takes full ownership of all short‑form content from ideation to execution.
Innovative thinker and natural storyteller who understands scripting, filming, editing, and all aspects of content creation.
Creative instincts with an operational mindset; plans, scripts, shoots, and edits with agility.
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, able to work under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and values proactive, not reactive updates.
Initiative is a MUST; creates content and research in free time, and when tasks are completed, starts new projects.
Strong leadership skills, speed in communication, and a great sense of urgency.
Proficiency in editing iPhone‑oriented content through TikTok, CapCut, Reels, etc.
Comfortable turning bullet‑point ideas or inspiration links into ready‑to‑film concepts.
Capable of utilizing a DSLR camera to film ads, capture stills thumbnails, etc.
