About the Role
Serve as a production coordinator supporting the development and curation of marketing content across all mediums, including print and digital assets.
Collaborate with internal teams to aggregate and verify content and data inputs for various marketing communications
Responsibilities
Manage quarterly updates of product materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all updated assets.
Coordinate the exchange of information with Affiliate partners and internal stakeholders.
Execute daily marketing operations workflows including tracking, reporting, project management, and fulfillment coordination.
Support required approvals for marketing materials through automated workflows, ensuring quality control for print, digital, and archival/recordkeeping purposes.
Assist in the coordination of webinars and events including administrative support for product-related communications.
Act as a center of excellence for marketing collateral ensuring the highest standards for any updates to both new and existing materials.
Qualifications and Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
1-4 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, financial services preferred but not mandatory
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Seismic, and Compliance platforms is a plus
