What You’ll Be Doing As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll support lead generation initiatives and help drive brand growth by developing content and campaigns across multiple marketing channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create digital ads, email campaigns, social media content, press releases, video assets and other collateral designed to support every stage of the funnel. You’ll also contribute to website optimization and SEO strategy to improve traffic, rankings and conversions. In addition, you’ll assist in producing sales enablement and marketing materials— including client case studies, testimonials and product-focused messaging— while helping to coordinate logistics for tradeshows, conferences and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
Recent college grad or early-career marketer (1-2 years preferred) with interest in B2B SaaS and/or experience in a software or tech environment.
Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to campaigns, messaging and content.
Strong understanding of core digital marketing concepts, funnel strategy and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with common B2B marketing tools such as GoogleAds, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, WordPress, SEMrush, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to our Norwalk, CT office.
Portfolios, writing samples or relevant project work are strongly encouraged and should be submitted with your application.
