Position Summary We are hiring an experienced
Community Manager
to lead operations across a multi‑asset portfolio that includes both residential and commercial properties. This hands‑on leadership role balances strategic oversight with direct coordination of property teams, resident engagement, and financial performance. Reports to the General Manager.

Total Residential Units: Approximately
520
Commercial Spaces:
20+
retail and office units
Property Types: Mixed‑use, multifamily, and commercial spaces with condominium board interaction
Key Responsibilities
Operational leadership of day‑to‑day building operations, capital projects, vendor management, and inspections
Lead and support union building staff and live‑in Resident Managers; manage cyclical property needs
Serve as primary contact for residents and commercial tenants; handle escalated issues and board interactions
Prepare budgets, monthly variance reports; process invoices and support financial controls
Mentor and develop on‑site teams; coordinate with senior management on portfolio priorities
Qualifications
5+ years
property management experience (mixed‑use or rent‑regulated preferred)
Experience supervising union staff and Resident Managers preferred
Strong financial, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s in Real Estate/Business preferred; Yardi or comparable PMS experience
Location:
New York, NY
Schedule:
On‑site, Mon–Fri (9 AM–5 PM)
Compensation:
$110,000–$115,000 + Annual Bonus
