We’re looking for a
Sales Specialist
who’s passionate about the automotive world and ready to turn customer ideas into reality. You’ll help drivers take their builds to the next level — from custom car audio and remote start systems to lighting, wheels, tires, suspension, and more.
At Cartronics, you won’t just be selling parts — you’ll be helping customers design their dream rides.
Responsibilities What We’re Looking For:
Experience in retail sales and the automotive industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and team-first attitude
Knowledge of car audio, electronics, or accessories is a big plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A passion for cars, gadgets, and the latest vehicle tech
Qualifications What We Offer:
Performance-based pay that really rewards go-getters and top sales professionals. We also have a minimum base pay hourly rate of $20/hr
Full-time position with a consistent schedule
On-the-job training and support to deepen your product knowledge
A fast-paced, fun environment where your passion for cars is valued
Employee discounts on gear and installs

Compensation $45,000 - $80,000 yearly
