Responsibilities Position Description

ICR Healthcare is seeking a

Corporate Communications Associate

to join our growing healthcare team. This individual will support senior team members in developing and executing strategic communications programs for a range of healthcare clients. As a member of multiple client teams, the associate will help ensure seamless coordination across investor relations (IR) and public relations (PR) initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to gain exposure to the intersection of science, finance, and communications.

Location:

New York City/Norwalk, CT

Support development and execution of IR and PR strategies

Assist with corporate messaging and narrative development

Draft and edit communications materials including press releases, presentations, conference call scripts, memos, and internal planning documents

Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events

Create and maintain Excel financial models and databases

Develop analytical presentations using SEC filings and market research

Conduct peer group analysis and institutional shareholder tracking

Compile, analyze and summarize company, media, and analyst research and monitoring reports

Support media relations efforts and maintain awareness of key healthcare publications

Monitor industry news and manage relevant information flow to clients

Utilize industry platforms, databases and tools including FactSet, Muck Rack, Critical Mention, Business Wire/PR Newswire and other subscription services

Contribute to new business development and internal growth initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Experience in corporate communications, investor relations, public relations, equity research or capital markets preferred

Healthcare industry experience or scientific degree/background preferred

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with AI-powered tools for content creation, editing, research, and project management to optimize work efficiency

Understanding of social media applications

Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering high-quality client deliverables

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
