Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities As a Marketing Coordinator at MBP, you will take ownership of proposals and marketing efforts that support the firm's strategic pursuits. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, business development leaders, and office leadership to create clear, compelling, and compliant submissions.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing proposals, capabilities packages, and shortlist interview materials from kickoff to delivery
Reviewing RFPs and developing compliance matrices, schedules, and QC plans
Working alongside technical staff and BD teams to develop content, themes, and messaging that align with client goals
Writing, editing, and tailoring resumes, project descriptions, and firm narratives
Coordinating with teaming partners and subconsultants
Supporting go/no-go, kickoff, pink/red team reviews, and debriefs
Maintaining accurate data in Deltek Vantagepoint and supporting the development of updates and content
Ensuring win themes and messaging are consistent throughout responses and presentations
Using Joist AI and OpenAsset to support content development, organization, and compliance tracking
Monitoring opportunity websites and routing RFPs to pursuit leaders
Assisting with print production, assembly, and delivery when required
Qualifications Who We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Prior experience coordinating proposals for government and private-sector clients; experience in the AEC industry strongly preferred
Experience with Federal SF 330, state, and municipal submissions is desirable
Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar CRM) and OpenAsset preferred
Proven success managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities
Education/Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, English, or related field, or equivalent experience
Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and detail orientation
Ability to interpret complex RFPs and develop compliance structures
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
Experience working in SharePoint and OneDrive environments
Ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams and offices
Guidance/Responsibility:
You will work independently on most assignments while collaborating closely with marketing leadership, business development, and technical staff. This role requires initiative, accountability, and the ability to manage deadlines confidently.
