Job Overview
At PayPal, content designers work side by side with designers, product managers, researchers, marketers, legal partners, and others to create user experiences that empower people and businesses around the world.
Responsibilities
Develop and articulate clear plans to develop content strategies that align with the product's goals, user needs, and team performance.
Perform complex work assignments using specialized content strategy knowledge and advanced business expertise.
Lead projects or programs within the content design function and coordinate the activities of others.
Design process, product, and service improvements based on understanding of user needs and industry trends.
Determine methods and procedures for content design strategies that may impact activities of others.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Excellent writing, content strategy, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, set stakeholder expectations, and collaborate across teams.
Experience in financial services, payments, B2B or B2C e‑commerce.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250.
