COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $74,000
to
$100,000 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. BENEFITS:

TheSenior DistrictMarketing Manageris responsible for implementing and executing marketing programs which support accelerated profitable growth, consumer satisfaction and client retention in several accounts within one or more districts of Aramark Collegiate Hospitality as well as working on high level projects within the region. This position helps to support all critical business initiatives including pricing, sales growth, meal plan selling, and customer retention for their account(s) and Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. This person is responsible for the supervision of a select group of marketing professionals within their districts. The Senior District Marketing Manager upholds and represents the Aramark Collegiate Hospitality brand, the client’s brand and all branding elements. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for driving base business growth programsand strategiesto increaseoverallsales, ensure pricing accuracy,anddrive meal plan sales. Ensurespromotions and other initiatives are implemented acrossaccounts. Responsible for writingClient/Annual Business Reviews, Client facing Marketing and Communication plansand Student Roundtablesin conjunction with operationsas well as all other stakeholder communications. Ensures implementation,measurement, andtracksresults. Responsible and accountable forresultsentered intoMealPlan Analyticsdatabase. Maintains andsharedregionbest practices in conjunction with Regional Marketing Director. Responsible for driving change that results in profitable basebusiness growth for the accounts andclients. Looks for opportunities to implement newinnovationsand services which support sales growth and client retention. Oversees deployment ofDiningStylesandVoice of the Consumerwith targeted participation in all accounts. Presents results at team/client meetings. Ensuresmarketing managers (i.e.direct reports) are fully trained and equipped with all necessary programs,systemsand tools to be effective in their roles; provides continual performance-based feedback toassistin career development. Ensures necessary training and support are provided to the accountsand that brand standards are fully executed at all identified points of service, resulting in sustainable growth in sales, customersatisfactionand increased profits. Manages student marketing intern(s) to ensure all programsare executed. Manages student peer to peer groups to ensure implementation of voluntary meal plan sales targets. Supports managerswith administration of marketing, Service Excellence,and Suggestive Selling trainingfor employees. Participates incontract re-bid/extension processes. Assists withEngageIQ®andStrategic Account Reviewson a regional or national level as needed. Qualifications
A minimum of 2-4 years of dynamically responsible marketing experience with a proven record of success and effective performance. A BS degree in business, supply chain, and/or marketing is highly preferred. Experience in account management. Strong strategic marketing, interpersonal and project management skills. Experience or proven track record to work optimally in a fast-paced environment with internal and external partners. Must have excellent social skills including presentation and client interaction skills. Ability to ensure timely delivery of all projects and initiatives. Must be able to efficiently use MS Office products to accomplish work tasks. Travel: 50% Role will be remote with candidate based in Phoenix AZ or California Education
