Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing follow-up actions.
Support client communication efforts, including responding to inquiries, documenting details, and relaying information accurately.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and summaries for management or client review.
Maintain organized records of project updates, contact information, and communication logs.
Assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
