Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing

Role Overview The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for driving brand growth, distributor engagement and marketing program excellence across Allied Air’s residential and commercial product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management: develop and execute brand strategies that align with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Distributor Marketing: partner with distributor networks to deliver marketing tools, campaigns and support that drive engagement and sales performance.
Program Development: develop and manage marketing programs and promotions that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable ROI.
New Product Introductions: lead the marketing commercialization, planning and execution of new product launches in collaboration with product management, sales and operations.
Project Management: lead cross‑functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and strategic priorities.
Content Development: oversee the creation of compelling marketing content including digital assets, sales collateral and promotional materials.
What You Bring To The Team
Expertise in sales promotion, communication, brand management and marketing research.
Financial acumen and ability to translate marketing investments into profitable returns.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong public speaking and executive communication techniques.
A commitment to fast learning in a technical field.
Ability to communicate effectively with corporate executives, internal project teams, independent business owners and field contractors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven success in brand strategy, distributor marketing and program execution.
Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
HVAC or industrial B2B experience preferred.
What We Offer
Compensation: Salaried exempt role. Starting salary range $133,600–$175,350 annually, with bonuses and no overtime.
Benefits: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, vision; prescription drug coverage; 401(k); short‑term disability; 8 weeks paid birth leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long‑term disability.
