What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own day-to-day execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including building templates, audiences, deployment, testing, and reporting
Develop and drive hyper-personalized omnichannel programs in collaboration with product marketing partners
Ideate and experiment on lifecycle strategies to drive activation, retention, engagement, and cross-sell of users
Act as a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more business units, managing lifecycle strategy and campaign performance
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to assess campaign performance and surface data-informed opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or other strategic marketing roles
2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation technology (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Strong understanding of customer/lifecycle marketing strategies, email marketing best practices, and audience segmentation
Proven success in working with cross-functional teams to execute shared goals based on data-informed hypotheses
Robust analytical skillset with the ability to communicate critical insights from ambiguous data sets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience shipping end-to-end messaging campaigns, from concept to implementation
A thoughtful, creative, and critical thinker with a systematic approach to problem solving
Scrappy with a willingness to learn and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
An understanding of key elements of acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies
