Your Profile
Background:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Life Sciences – with proven experience in digital B2B marketing for biotech, pharma, or related industries.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
3+ years of hands‑on experience in the service industry with multi‑channel campaigns, CRM management, and lead generation, ideally with HubSpot.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in HubSpot CRM and familiar with CMS platforms such as Framer or similar tools.
Collaboration & Vendor Management:
Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and managing external providers or agencies.
Language & Work Style:
Excellent English skills; data‑driven, proactive, and able to balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach. German is a bonus.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing strategy in alignment with BD goals; directly reporting into the Global Head of Marketing and BD.
Lead Generation: Plan and optimize digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid media) and drive lead nurturing with BD.
Build customer awareness and brand authority through whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and PR.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (website, social, events).
Further develop the website to generate leads and improve SEO.
Ensure effective use of SalesForce and HubSpot (scoring, workflows, dashboards).
Lead one internal direct report and manage external partners (agencies and freelancers)
Track key KPIs (MQLs, SQL conversion, ROI, traffic, webinar participants) and provide insights to leadership and BD.
