Meade Engineering is on the hunt for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build our first-ever lifecycle marketing experience from the ground up. This role taps into your automation soul, combining your love for technical precision with cutting-edge technology and backend solutions while also setting the gold standard for an exceptional customer journey. You'll architect, implement, and optimize a best-in-class customer journey across digital channels, turning engagement into loyalty and awareness into advocacy. AI is the name of the game, but the human touch and insights is still the winning play especially when it comes to crafting seamless journeys and managing the funnel with purpose. Location: Remote or Hybrid | Phoenix, AZ. This is a hybrid position with in-office requirements. Remote consideration for the right candidate. Travel Required: 10% - 15% Job Duties

Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute email marketing strategies that drive engagement, adoption, retention, and advocacy. Own channel marketing efforts across local and national levels, supporting regional growth goals. Collaborate with Integrated and Field Marketing Managers on full-cycle campaign management. Partner with Sales to define and optimize lifecycle stages of the sales funnel for alignment and cohesion. Lead the end-to-end execution of lifecycle and email campaigns - including goal setting, segmentation, creative, automation, and analytics. Use AI-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, personalization, and efficiency. Develop and manage an external-facing email communications calendar, establishing newsletter cadence and content plans. Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign execution, identify market trends, and enhance reporting accuracy. Analyze customer behavior to create lifecycle campaigns that drive usage and reduce churn. Automation Build-Out (You Get to Build It!)

Design, build, and optimize automated workflows across email, CRM, paid, and digital channels. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to strengthen automation capabilities. Develop scalable strategies for transitioning from ground-up builds to enterprise-level operations. Create dashboards and KPIs to measure automation performance, efficiency, and ROI. Collaboration

Collaborate with Sales Leaders to build territory- and vertical-specific pipeline strategies. Work with IT, Sales Operations, and Leadership on weekly/monthly pipeline reporting and analytics. Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key engineering and construction clients. Represent Lifecycle Marketing in roadmap planning, leadership meetings, and cross-functional initiatives. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years managing full marketing programs. Strong content development skills - ability to translate technical info into engaging marketing materials. Proven experience collaborating with field marketing teams on nurture campaigns tied to activation events. Highly organized, results-driven, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in marketing/project management tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and Monday.com. Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI. Preferred Qualifications

Experience collaborating with Sales on ABM and lifecycle campaign strategy. Strong understanding of buyer personas, customer stages, and sales cycles. Willingness to attend customer events and build direct client relationships to understand their industry needs. Benefits
