We’re looking for someone who can create short-form content that stops the scroll. Position Overview
We are hiring a TikTok Content Creator with experience producing viral short-form videos. The ideal candidate has an active TikTok presence, understands current trends, and knows how to generate attention quickly through hooks, storytelling, and native-feeling content. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team and CEO to produce short-form content used for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad campaigns. Responsibilities
Film content featuring yourself or UGC-style for clients. Create multiple variations of hooks, intros, and angles to test performance. Analyze TikTok trends and replicate high-performing concepts. Revise and optimize content based on data-driven feedback. Work with our team to brainstorm concepts for viral content and ads. Qualifications
Active TikTok account with a consistent posting history. Examples of videos that reached 10K+ views or went viral. Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels trends, hooks, and storytelling. Comfortable filming yourself and speaking on camera. Ability to produce content quickly and iterate based on feedback. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools). Experience with UGC ads Bonus Skills (not required)
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle content Compensation
Paid per video + bonuses for high-performing ad creatives. Potential to expand into a full-time creative role as the company scales. How to Apply
