What You’ll Do
Manage and execute DIVE Studios’ social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X.)
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with production and creative teams to source, edit, and publish daily content.
Involve in post-production workflows for short-form, including video trimming, captioning, thumbnail selection, and QC for brand consistency.
Identify emerging social trends, memes, and formats to drive engagement and audience growth.
Analyze performance data and optimize strategy for engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Partner with internal teams to ideate and execute social-first campaigns for brand and creator partnerships.
Maintain a strong sense of visual storytelling, editing rhythm, and tone to ensure every post reflects DIVE’s brand and audience.
Who You Are
3-5 years of experience in social media management.
Passion for K-pop, entertainment, and global youth culture.
Proven success managing content for entertainment, creators, or media brands.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats and trends.
Creative and detail-oriented — able to balance storytelling with analytics.
Organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) preferred.
Experience with analytics tools (Sprout, Later, or native platform insights).
