Build content and collateral that empowers sales — one-pagers, decks, case studies, and product overviews. Help define our brand identity and ensure consistency across all assets. Drive cross-channel campaigns (newsletter, LinkedIn, direct mail, and more) that deepen relationships with enterprise accounts. Lead customer storytelling end-to-end — from interviews to final publication — highlighting ROI, process improvements, and climate impact. Own our event strategy and execution — from Pathways-hosted breakfasts and webinars to conference activations — ensuring consistent, high-quality representation. Qualifications

6+ years of B2B product marketing or content marketing experience. Proven ability to create compelling narratives for technical products — turning complex workflows into simple, credible stories. Strong writing and storytelling instincts, with a portfolio that includes case studies, campaigns, or long-form content. Experience owning campaigns end-to-end: from strategy and creative direction to production and distribution. A bias for execution in a high-autonomy, early-stage environment — you’re equally comfortable writing a post yourself and managing a creative partner. Why Pathways

You’ll be the first full-time marketing hire at Pathways, sitting at the heart of our strategy, positioning, and GTM execution. You will work directly with Pathways’ founders to define how Pathways tells its story to manufacturers across the built environment. You will have the autonomy to build, iterate, and try new things, in an environment that values creativity. You will make a real impact: our customers are making cleaner, greener materials for the built world. Ready to build something that matters—and win while doing it? Then show us.
