Position Overview We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to help shape our digital presence. In this role, you’ll develop engaging content and execute strategic campaigns that reflect MAS Law’s values. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to strengthen our brand, grow our online community, and support firm-wide initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of social media trends, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and wants to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content, including social media posts and email newsletters.
Managing and maintaining all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content that supports firm initiatives.
Monitoring and responding to audience engagement, messages, and comments.
Tracking and reporting performance metrics such as reach, impressions, and engagement.
Providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Conducting market research to identify trends, target audiences, emerging technologies, and opportunities for growth.
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with marketing tools and software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, META, and Hootsuite are preferred.
