Social Media Project Manager Tattoo Projects is looking for a Social Media Project Manager to support our growing social team. This role is ideal for someone who loves keeping creative teams organized, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and understands how to bring social‑first ideas to life – on time, on budget, and on brand. You’ll be the organizational backbone of our social media department, helping manage timelines, deliverables, client communications, and internal coordination across multiple brands. Note that this is not a creative role – you will be collaborating with creative team members through overseeing processes, schedules, and organization.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

Manage day‑to‑day project management for social media projects – including campaign timelines, deliverable tracking, and team task management – ensuring all work is delivered on schedule.

Cross‑Functional Coordination:

Serve as the liaison between the social, creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure alignment across all stages of content development and execution.

Client Communications:

Support client communications in providing updates, gathering approvals, and communicating project milestones or deliverable changes. Work hand‑in‑hand with account services to ensure internal and external project plans, deliverables, and schedules are aligned.

Shoot Planning:

Collaborate with the Social Content Shoot Coordinator to help plan logistics, shot lists, and deadlines for upcoming content shoots.

Budget & Resource Management:

Help scope social deliverables, manage budgets, and track team hours to ensure projects stay within scope.

Quality Assurance:

Review assets for accuracy, formatting, and alignment with brand standards before delivery.

Analytics & Reporting Support:

Assist with monthly social reporting by coordinating deliverable metrics and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in social media management or creative project management (agency experience strongly preferred)

Deep understanding of social media platforms, content production processes, and creative workflows

Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com

A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and problem‑solve quickly

Familiarity with content management and collaboration tools (Keynote, ClickUp, Outlook, Teams, Dropbox, Google Drive, Frame.io, Slack)
