Responsibilities
Develops and manages comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to Career Center stakeholders in partnership with DSA MarComm Office, creating branded campaigns across print, digital, web, booklets, flyers, advertisements, news releases, newsletters, and signage using Adobe Suite, Canva, and Salesforce.
Reports directly to DSA MarComm, consults regularly with Career Center leadership to implement effective strategies, manages projects ensuring deadlines and budgets, evaluates, and implements new media tools.
Manages engagement on Career Center social media platforms, creating and posting photos, videos, stories, answering comments, and consistently scheduling content; oversees website change and enhancement processes.
Hires, supervises, and provides work direction to marketing and communications student staff and graduate assistants; identifies and conducts training and workshops for students in communications, marketing, and storytelling.
Reviews and edits copy and marketing assets for print and digital materials; ensures all collateral upholds university brand guidelines in visual design and writing style.
Reviews and edits all Career Center print and online content for consistency, accuracy, and ease of use, ensuring content and design reflect Career Center branding and abide by university brand guidelines.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of experience related to media, communications, and/or marketing services; or high school diploma/equivalent and eight years of related experience (or a combination of post‑high‑school education and experience equal to eight years).

Ability to plan, implement, and direct photography, graphics, and audio/visual operations.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to develop and implement a successful marketing plan/strategy.

Anticipated Salary Range The anticipated starting salary is in the low‑to‑mid $50,000s, commensurate with experience and education.
