Finance Analyst - Digital Media Finance Team:

Primary Skills: Excel-Expert, Tableau-Intermediate, TM1-Intermediate, Alteryx-Beginner, SQL-Beginner Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ Months Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour on W2 Job Summary: This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the digital media finance team by utilizing data-driven analyses for strategic decision-making and influencing business outcomes. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial planning and analysis, working closely with senior leaders across various departments. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, deliver key business metrics, and develop financial models to support forecasting and financial reporting. What you'll Do:

Build and refine driver-based financial models; conduct sensitivity analysis to assess risks and opportunities. Enhance operational efficiency via automation and standardization, contributing to business scalability. Utilize data visualization and analytics to deliver insights on business performance, driving strategic action plans. Lead comprehensive financial analysis to identify synergy opportunities across business lines. Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate for cost efficiencies, operational improvements, and facilitate critical decision-making.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and competency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Exceptional communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Experience:

4 - 6 years of experience in Finance, preferably in SaaS, Investment Banking, or Consulting. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; CPA/MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.

Location: Hybrid in San Jose (2-3 days a week) or Fully Remote within the US. No specific timezone requirement.
