Executive Recruiter at LHH | A beautiful working world Are you a creative and analytical marketing professional ready to drive brand awareness and lead impactful campaigns? LHH is working with a playground manufacturer who is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team and elevate both their B2B and B2C brands.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain a compelling brand voice and messaging strategy across all platforms.
Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Operations to create engaging brand narratives.
Lead planning and execution of promotional campaigns (digital, print, email, events).
Oversee creation of SEO-driven content: blogs, landing pages, video, graphics, and social media.
Manage referral and promotional programs.
Update and maintain all customer-facing platforms, including websites, social media, and CRM tools.
Oversee the launch of new products and promotions.
Design a user-friendly online experience that supports the customer journey.
Use analytics and AI tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
Oversee workflow and delegation of marketing projects to meet deadlines and objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
5 years in brand, promotions, or content marketing, with a track record of driving brand awareness and campaign success.
At least 1 year managing direct reports or cross‑functional project teams.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Trello, and project management software.
Strong leadership, storytelling, and analytical skills.
Ability to balance big‑picture strategy with detailed execution.
