Our client, a leading organization in the technology and knowledge management sector, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Content Manager - Process Management, Leader of Content Review, Technical Writing to join their team. As a Content Manager - Process Management, Leader of Content Review, Technical Writing, you will be part of the Content Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for clarity and accuracy, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of organizational content across internal platforms.
  • Respond to Jira tickets, support Hub user requests, and ensure content standards are met.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with content area owners and design teams to improve content quality and presentation.
  • Lead content review processes, develop templates, style guides, and best practices for technical writing.
What's Needed?
  • 5+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, or technical writing.
  • Proficiency with Confluence, Atlassian, or similar content and project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Technical background with familiarity with technical terminology and process coaching experience.
