Role Overview: Seeking

Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

to spearhead the U.S. marketing strategy, acting as a strategic business partner to ownership. This role will play a pivotal part in laying the groundwork for brand expansion, market entry, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is a

true 360° marketer

with experience scaling new brands, building high-performing marketing functions, and leading integrated marketing strategies across digital, brand, PR, retail, and performance channels. This engagement is ideal for an entrepreneurial, resourceful leader who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment.

Responsibilities Brand & Market Entry Strategy

Lead the go-to-market roadmap for the brands U.S. expansion, including brand positioning, value proposition, consumer targeting, channel strategy, and launch planning.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to validate opportunities and guide decision-making.

Marketing Leadership & Infrastructure

Build the marketing foundation, including operational processes, team structure, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and budget allocation.

Establish marketing performance measurement strategies and implement analytics to ensure ROI-driven decision-making.

Team, Vendor & Agency Development

Advise on organizational design and assist with hiring and developing internal marketing talent.

Identify, vet, and manage external partners including creative, media, digital, PR, and influencer agencies.

Create collaborative, scalable workflows between internal stakeholders and third-party partners.

Integrated 360° Marketing Execution

Oversee full-funnel marketing programs encompassing brand marketing, performance/digital, social, influencer, content, PR, retail and ecommerce strategy, and experiential activations.

Ensure alignment of brand, consumer experience, and messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a senior marketing leader (VP/CMO level), ideally in consumer products, beauty/wellness, or tech-enabled consumer services.

Demonstrated success launching or scaling a brand in the U.S. market.

360° marketing expertise spanning brand, digital, performance, social, PR, partnerships, and retail/e-commerce.

Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring internal teams as well as managing agencies.

Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and iterating quickly based on data and insights.
