Are you a skilled Flexographic Printer with a passion for quality and precision? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? A printing company located in Henderson, NV is looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our production team and help us create high-quality labels/packaging for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
As a Flexographic Printer, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our flexographic presses to produce materials that meet all specifications and quality standards. Your duties will include: Set up and operate multi-color flexographic printing presses Mount plates, mix and adjust ink colors (solvent-based, water-based, or UV), and load material (e.g., paper, film, foil) Monitor press speed and make necessary adjustments to ensure print quality, registration, and color consistency Inspect printed materials throughout the run for defects, color accuracy, and proper registration Perform required in-process quality checks and complete production logs accurately Perform routine preventative maintenance on the press and auxiliary equipment Troubleshoot press malfunctions and make minor repairs Clean ink pans, anilox rolls, and plates thoroughly after each job Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies Minimize waste and maximize press efficiency Qualifications & Requirements
Experience operating flexographic printing presses Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes, color theory, ink mixing, and plate mounting Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks Excellent eye for detail and color recognition Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues High school diploma or equivalent LSI Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
