We’re growing our paid media team and looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Digital Advertising Associate to join us. In this role, you’ll contribute to building and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for a portfolio of automotive clients — from brand awareness pushes to lead‑driving campaigns for dealership sales and service.

What You’ll Do

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads (with light LinkedIn Ads as needed).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaigns with client objectives.
• Use GA4 and native platform metrics to monitor performance and make informed optimizations.
• Follow established workflows and document work in our project management tool (Bonsai).
• Manage a steady flow of campaign requests, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with team members to ensure smooth project hand‑offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• Exposure to or interest in paid media buying — prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working independently while staying connected to a collaborative, fast‑moving team.
• A detail‑first approach with the ability to follow processes while thinking critically.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year to our Lehighton, PA headquarters for team events.
