We believe short form is the new form — producing thousands of ads each month in-house to drive profitable campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Producer / In-House Creator to help bring our creative ideas to life — coordinating with editors, shooting new content, and ensuring every piece of creative hits the mark. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on production and project coordination.

If you love being on set, collaborating with creators, and keeping projects running smoothly from concept to final edit — this role’s for you.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with our editing and creative teams to plan and execute shoot days (2–3x per week)
• Produce and film short‑form ad content for TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms
• Manage creative timelines, asset delivery, and feedback between teams
• Contribute to creative ideation and on‑set direction to ensure high‑quality output
• Organize footage, scripts, and deliverables for post‑production

What You Bring

• Experience producing or creating short‑form content (TikTok, Reels, UGC, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills — you can juggle multiple projects easily
• Comfort being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera
• A collaborative spirit — you thrive in fast‑paced, feedback‑driven environments
• Bonus: basic editing or camera skills (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
